The Guardian mobile app and the associated mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. The Guardian app connects you to 3rd party resources that have their own websites and data collection policies. Please be aware of those as you're browsing and/or seeking resources. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

 

Definitions

 

In-App Deletion

  1. Open the mobile application
  2. Navigate to the "Side Menu" and click on your name
  3. In the profile section, select the "edit" option
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  5. Click on the "Delete My Data" button
  6. Confirm your decision when prompted

This process will delete all your personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and any other contact information that you decided to associate with your account.

Please note that some information may be retained for legal or administrative purposes, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. However, this retained information will not include personal contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses.

 

Cookies

Data Controller means a person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.
