eCoach Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a mobile application designed to provide football/soccer training resources for players of all ages. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children and their parents or guardians.

In the event (i) eCoach Pro engages in one more asset sales or purchases, (ii) eCoach Pro is acquired, (iii) eCoach Pro engages in one or more business combinations, mergers or acquisitions, (iv) substantially all of eCoach Pro assets are acquired, or (v) eCoach Pro is subject to an event of bankruptcy, you acknowledge and agree that user information comprises an asset of eCoach Pro and that the same is subject to assignment, transfer and/or acquisition by a third party. Accordingly, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur, that any acquirer of Techne Futbol may continue to subsequently use your Personal Information, and that such subsequent use may not be consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Consent: We rely on parental consent for processing a child’s personal data. We seek this consent within 48 hours of sign up or accounts are deleted/withdrawn.
Contract: To provide the subscription service.
Legitimate Interests: To improve the app and prevent fraud.

In the UK, we comply with the UK GDPR (minimum age of digital consent: 13).
Parents/guardians must create and manage child accounts.
