We (“us”, or “our”) operate the Concerto mobile application and the associated services (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Definitions

Personal Data

Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Usage Data

Usage Data is data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Deleting Personal Data

Users have the right to delete their personal data, including contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses.

To delete your personal data:

1. In-App Deletion 

• Open the mobile application
• Navigate to the “Side Menu” and click on your name
• In the profile section, select the “Edit” option
• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click on the “Delete My Data” button
• Confirm your decision when prompted 

This process will delete all your personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and any other contact information associated with your account.

2. Email Request
   If you prefer, or if you’re having trouble with the in-app deletion process, you can send a data deletion request via email: 

• Send an email to support@concertocity.com
• Use the subject line “Personal Data Deletion Request”
• In the body of the email, include:
• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Your phone number (if provided)
• A clear statement requesting the deletion of your personal data 

Please note: Some information may be retained for legal or administrative purposes, such as to comply with obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. However, retained information will not include your personal contact details. 

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

• Personal Data: When using Concerto Premium or Concerto+, you may provide information such as your name, email, or payment details (payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not store payment card details).
• Usage Data: Information about how the Service is accessed and used, such as device type, app usage, and performance diagnostics.
• Location Data (Optional): If enabled, location data may be used to provide features such as city guides or rideshare tips. 

Use of Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and maintain our Service
• Improve features and recommendations
• Process in-app purchases through app store providers
• Communicate updates, promotions, or support messages (if opted in)
• Monitor usage and improve performance 

Sharing of Data

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share information only:

• With trusted service providers (such as analytics or payment processors)
• If required by law or government request
• To protect Concerto’s rights, users, or safety

Cookies and Tracking

Concerto may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage data and improve app performance. You can disable cookies in your device or browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

Retention of Data

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Usage data may be anonymized for analytics.

Security of Data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. 

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that we have, we will delete it promptly. 

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party venues, artists, or service providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. Use them at your own risk.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app, and the “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
