B&W Custom Truck Beds, Inc. d/b/a B&W Trailer Hitches (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operate B&W Buzz mobile app (“App”) and other online or mobile services and content provided via or related to the App (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions located at the BW Buzz or a printed copy in B&W’s Human Resources Department.
Definitions
Personal Data
Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from such data (or from those and other information either in our possession).

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data ”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.

If you elect to complete a B&W provided form to which access is provided in the Service, B&W will collect the data you provide in the form for its business purposes and such data will be collected and stored by B&W in its internal business records.

The Company uses the collected data for various purposes:

· To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so and if provided

We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there

The Company will take commercially reasonable designed to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

“Do Not Track” Signals
We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service or support our business, including without limitation, contractors, service providers, hosting service providers, payment processors, and other third parties (collectively “Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. B&W has obtained certain rights from BuildFire, Inc. (“BuildFire”) under a license or SaaS agreement with BuildFire (“License Agreement”) allowing B&W certain rights to use BuildFire’s proprietary software, which software has been integrated into the Service to allow B&W to develop and provide the Service to Users. Accordingly, BuildFire is an intended third party beneficiary of this Policy and is allowed to enforce the terms hereof.
Please note that this policy does not apply to such Service Providers, and we make no warranty regarding the privacy, integrity, or security of any information stored by such third parties. These third parties, including BuildFire, have access to your Personal Data to perform tasks on our behalf.
Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Links To Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy to the App or Service.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
