Staff must take care not to disclose or make comments on any personal or confidential

information; only disclose publicly available information. Never identify anyone by name or in

a manner that could enable identification without their permission. Under no circumstances

should a client or any stakeholders’ confidential details be revealed. Clients and stakeholders

must not be cited or referenced in any way, this includes but is not limited to uploading

photos, mentioning about your activities at work, updating a Facebook status about work etc.

If general information and the use of non-identifying pseudonym can be traced to a client,

their privacy has been breached.
